Grief, Unwoven
Where sorrow is met with dignity, and healing begins with being seen.
Workshops and Professional Development
For educators, schools, nonprofits, and communities
Grief changes us. So should the way we teach, lead, and care. I facilitate workshops and training that help adults better support grieving youth and one another centered on dignity, connection, and emotional well-being.

In addition to grief- and grief-informed content, I offer professional learning grounded in social-emotional development and human connection supporting educators, students, and communities in building safe, inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.

Topics include:
-
Suicide prevention rooted in hope, not fear
-
Grief in schools and communities
-
LGBTQIA+ youth and emotional safety
-
Empathetic listening & relational repair
-
Social and emotional learning across ages and contexts
-
Rebuilding trust through shared sorrow
-
Braiding Grief: an interactive workshop exploring unfinished emotional business, meaning-making, and identity after loss—combining narrative reflection, creative ritual, and symbolic weaving

In every workshop, I bring the lens of a mentor and storyteller someone who listens first, builds from lived truth, and helps teams reimagine how we hold space for one another.

Let’s build environments that don’t just manage grief but hold it with care.

1:1 Grief Mentoring
For teens, young adults, and families navigating suicide loss.
This is personal, not clinical. I offer steady, compassionate mentoring for those living with griefespecially after suicide. Whether you're a teen who feels alone in your sadness, a parent struggling to support your child, or a young adult navigating heartbreak and identity, we’ll walk this together. You don’t have to do grief on someone else’s timeline. We make space for what’s real.

I serve not only as a guide, but as a mentor and storycatcher. I am someone who listens with presence, honors your story, and helps you find your voice in the silence. My goal is simple and sacred: to help you feel seen, heard, and know that you matter.
